These Terms & Conditions govern the commercial relationship between the Studio and its clients, retailers, distributors, collaborators and business partners. They complement, but do not replace, the information contained in our Privacy & Cookies Policy, which regulates exclusively the use of this website.
By placing an order, requesting a quotation or entering into a commercial relationship with the Studio, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
Our Business Model
Mar Galgau Creative Studio primarily supplies design boutiques, concept stores, galleries, interior designers and selected retail partners.
Our collections are intentionally produced in small editions and distributed through carefully selected commercial partners who share our commitment to originality, craftsmanship and design.
Although our primary focus is wholesale and professional collaborations, certain commissions, bespoke creations and limited edition pieces may also be arranged directly with the Studio.
Purchasing Our Creations
Purchasing a Mar Galgau creation is intentionally straightforward.
Whenever available, visitors may complete their purchase through one of our authorised retail partners by following the purchase links displayed throughout this website.
Alternatively, clients wishing to enquire about bespoke projects, custom finishes, product availability, larger quantities or professional collaborations may contact the Studio directly via WhatsApp or by email.
Our team will be pleased to assist in identifying the most appropriate purchasing channel for each enquiry.
Purchasing Terms
Mar Galgau Creative Studio creates handcrafted collections, bespoke commissions and limited editions intended for clients who appreciate originality, craftsmanship and artistic design.
Our creations may be acquired either through our authorised retail partners or directly from the Studio. The purchasing channel available for each design may vary depending on the collection, edition, production schedule or geographical location.
Where a creation is available through one of our authorised distributors, the commercial transaction shall be governed by the terms and conditions established by the corresponding distributor. The Studio shall not be responsible for the commercial policies, payment systems, delivery procedures or customer service provided by independent retailers.
Clients wishing to purchase directly from Mar Galgau Creative Studio are invited to contact us by telephone, WhatsApp or email. Once we receive your enquiry, we will discuss the requested designs, quantities, finishes and any specific requirements before preparing an individual quotation.
Each quotation issued by the Studio is prepared specifically for the corresponding project. It will normally include, where applicable, the proposed designs, manufacturing lead times, confirmation of the materials and techniques to be used, pricing, payment conditions, estimated delivery arrangements, cancellation terms, return conditions and any other information considered relevant for the particular commission.
As every creation is produced individually, Mar Galgau Creative Studio does not maintain permanent stock. All pieces are manufactured exclusively upon request, allowing each project to be adapted to the availability of materials, production capacity and the specific requirements of each client.
For this reason, quotations may vary over time. Material availability, supplier lead times, production methods, technical requirements, transport costs and other circumstances may influence the final proposal. Consequently, each quotation constitutes an individual commercial offer prepared exclusively for the corresponding order and shall prevail over any general information published on this website.
No production shall commence until the quotation has been expressly accepted by the client and any agreed payment conditions have been fulfilled.
Original Design & Intellectual Property
Every creation presented by Mar Galgau Creative Studio has been conceived, designed and developed as an original artistic work.
All designs, collections, sculptures, jewellery, decorative objects, illustrations, photographs, renders, digital models, technical drawings, catalogues, texts, graphics, trade names, product references and any other creative content displayed on this website are protected by applicable intellectual property, copyright, design and unfair competition legislation, together with any national or international registrations obtained by BAADJA GALGAU GROUP S.L.
Nothing contained on this website shall be interpreted as granting any licence or right to reproduce, manufacture, modify, distribute, commercialise, publish or exploit any of our creations without our prior written authorisation.
The Studio actively protects its intellectual property and continuously monitors unauthorised reproductions, imitations and infringements. Any individual or business reproducing, copying, manufacturing, distributing or commercialising substantially similar creations without authorisation may be subject to the appropriate civil, commercial and, where applicable, criminal legal proceedings.
We believe that creativity deserves protection, and we are fully committed to defending the originality and integrity of every collection developed by the Studio.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Purchasing Terms and any commercial relationship established with BAADJA GALGAU GROUP S.L. shall be governed by the laws of Spain.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the interpretation of any quotation, or any contractual relationship entered into with the Studio shall be submitted to the competent Courts and Tribunals of Madrid, Spain, unless mandatory consumer protection legislation requires otherwise.
